The note taker is a great feature. Being able to focus on the call and just not worry about taking notes during the call has definitely had an impact on my sales. Also it is great to be able and go back and listen to previous calls. Also a great advantage is that instead of sharing the notes with other team members I can simply send them snippets of the call relevant to them.

Free training resources are a great way to learn more about the platform so that each and every user can effectively utilize the platform in a better way. helps me build better relationships with my customers. I can make them feel like I’m sitting on their side of the table because I really understand their challenges and needs. I wish it had a better translator as it is not up to the mark at the moment and there are competitors in the market with better translator capabilities.
