Overall Satisfaction with ChurnZero

We use ChurnZero to communicate changes and upgrades to our current clients. We will also take a look at their usage and be proactive about how they are using our tools and services. This helps us to keep engagement rates and usage of our tools and services at a higher rate so that we know that our clients are using our services.
  • Tracking usage helps us to see what pieces of information our clients are using so that we can suggest other options that will be good for them.
  • In-app messages allow us to contact users who are not communicating with us so that we are able to reach out to anyone in the organization.
  • Plays and segments work great as we are able to connect with our clients in an automated way so that we can use our time more wisely.
  • The only issue we have had was once we had to ask our sales rep to move to a different space because we could hear a lot of background noises.
  • The in-app messages help to find those people who have left the organization. Instead of losing those clients, we continue to reach out to the people who are still there and they will sometimes renew even with that person no longer with the organization.
  • Segment
Because we work as territories, it is great to only see your territory within a segment. Then if we wanted to see our team as a whole, we can use another segment to see all of our clients at once.
I love being able to be proactive about clients usage. I also love being able to find new contacts for organizations using the in-app announcements. There is a lot of turnover with our clients and being able to reach new contacts using in-app messages is great for being able to keep in contact with the organization even if the person we were previously working with has left.
