Once it is deployed, it works for years
No need for yearly payment
No need to update regularly

All application are built-in just need to activate what's required

Support Rating

While installing I didn't face any issue with Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000), but I faced technical challenges in applications and was supported by Cisco TAC

Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000), Vbrick

For single campus call control, IM and presence the Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000) M works well for medium size business. less appropriate for higher application requirement (even it is mid size organization )
