Use Cases and Deployment Scope

we are supporting numerous remote sites across difficult to get to areas. Due to the easy programmability of the Cisco Meraki devices it is easy to configure and dispatch to a site/location and someone with little or no IT knowledge to put them in place. We have one pane of glass where we can now see performance issues

so easy - even someone like me who has been off the tools for a number of years can understand it

excellent range of addiotnal products which have yet to be investigated by the team

open apis and general look of management system

Likelihood to Recommend

made the network team a whole lot easier and greatly reduced our support costs. we can easily monitor making great use of heat maps produced to "tweak" our deployment to get better wifi coverage in some critical business areas.
