Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MX

We leveragae Cisco Meraki MX for our SD-WAN service which we offer our customers. Cisco Meraki MX easily creates SD-WAN networks from a simple cloud bases webinterface. This makes it very easy for our support teams to operate without help of the network engineering department.

Pros

  • Zero touch deployment
  • Easy to manage
  • Easy RMA process

Cons

  • Some more complex features are unavailable (BGP filtering, firewall zoneing, etc)
  • Licensing could be more simple
  • We have simply added an SD-WAN product to our portfolio in weeks
We have a new service which is almost exclusive managed by our support teams. This means our companies more expensive resources can focus on our other products and still delivery and basic SD-WAN service.
It easily scales by size but not in complexity
