Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MX

It works very well in my customers, mainly on retail. MX in different models in various part of the country. we operates in Brazil, which is a large country and can be a challenge. Cisco Meraki MX simplicity delivers a simple implementation method and for us as a partner simplifies the process

Since we are a large service provider, trainning can be a large process. With Cisco Meraki MX solution we're able to use the sales connect trainning material to do the training and simplify the process a lot. Also, all the solution is managed centrally so is easy to change from one customer to anoother.
It was very simple, since we have to manage a lot of different customer in different sectors (like indutry, finance, oil and gas, reatail and so on) the use and integration with this king of solution has to be very simple and simple to us, and that was the case.
Because we as service provider and this solution help a lot in our solutions to achieve and provide a good service and the feedback from the customer is very good and we can managed to succeed in this solution better than the competition. We have some issues, but that no relevant to the customer.

The implementations at small sites across the country, in different sizes of branch offices as well. Also it has a simple implementation since we are a continental country (Brazil) and need to deploy people to install with different levels of knowledge, that helps the process and speed up the use of the platform.
