Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

In my organization we've experienced issues with communicating with clients in other countries. With Cisco Webex we have decreased the gap for meetings and are able to get more done. It's currently only used by the management team but want to expand usage across the organization. We know that Cisco Webex has a lot of cool things to use and implement for our meeting rooms. However, before we invest and further implement, we need to further prove out the business case internally.

Pros

  • Connecting teams and clients with quick, simple, and fast meetings.
  • Enables my team to experience cutting edge meeting and web conferencing technology.

Cons

  • Price - In comparison with the other meeting technologies, Cisco offers almost all the same functionalities for more or less the same price.
  • Would like to have better linked functionalities for other technologies (Zoom, Slack, MS Office), with a reduced amount of RAM consumed.
  • Would be nice to have a starter pack for new offices, bundled one in one pack offering for companies.
  • Positive: Less physical travel to meet with clients.
  • Positive: Time Savings - reduction of time consumed to get projects done
  • Negative: Large investment needed to implement the full package
Webex offers a well balanced and secure way to communicate with others. Having a core solution for client communication and engagement is vital to my organization. Cisco Webex Meetings offers more than the competitors and we trust Cisco Technology products and brand. We know Webex will provide us a quick and simple way to connect.
I have never had to use the Cisco Webes Support, and for that, it's great.

For a complete enterprise solution to connect between countries, locations, and having quick conversations, Webex is well-suited. It's less effective for large meetings (like webinars) and remotely configured screen sharing.
