Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
We use Cisco Webex Meetings for meetings with external partners when we need screen-sharing. It enables communication that otherwise would be unavailable outside of a face-to-face meeting.
- Availability- always there when we need it.
- Customizable - fits individual company needs.
- Fits the need - does what it claims, does it well.
- Confusing meeting set-up (might just be how my organization set it up).
- Screensharing app's options can be difficult to find.
- Video conferencing = less travel = cost reduction
- Video conferencing = better collaboration = more efficiency
Cisco Webex Meetings isn't widely used across my organization. Probably one in 50 use it.

Cisco Webex Meetings stacks up well against Skype for Business. it's more mature, though more expensive. It has a wider install base and hence more IT engineers have experience with it than Skype. Same with users.
