Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
We are using it widely and we need to participate in meetings with other employees and external collaborators in order to accomplish all jobs that are meant to be done internally, and now there is an urgent need to do the same with teleworking.
Because of the Covid-19 in our company there was an extra need for video conference, online meetings and webinars.

- Make a meeting easily where ever an attendee is.
- You can work with many mobile devices and even by phone.
- You can call in order to attend a web meeting
- Make presentation or share your screen.
- Add features in order to communicate with each other with not only chat.
- Add video performance with lower noise.
- Nice and easy way of web meeting.
- Cost is not affordable but it should be lower.
Once we did not use Webex Teams as we have Microsoft Teams. I cannot say that it is like MS, but it is making progress and could reach the same level of importance.
As we are mainly work-from-home, because of the Covid-19 incident, we use it all over the departments in order for people to make web meetings and collaborate in order to make decisions and work as in their office. Also field engineers and technical employees are starting to use it more and more in order to meet each other wherever they are.
- Webex Teams
Microsoft Teams not only makes web meeting but also employees/people can work together and make file sharing or application sharing, schedule arrangements and many more features and applications. As Webex Teams is not a part of Cisco Webex Meetings or vice versa Microsoft tool will be in front of Cisco's and be in front of company's preferences as a collaboration tool.
