Cisco WebEx meetings is used across our company to drive all customer and internal meetings. We utilize the service with our existing video infrastructure to enhance collaboration and drive productivity. It provides the company a global solution that is accessible from a PC and mobile perspective providing a wide range of flexibility in joining meetings for our disperse workforce.

Cisco TAC always does an excellent job of collecting information, following up on required logs and information to fully troubleshoot the issue. The ticket management and upload process is very easy to use and follow and allows for our front line support teams to be able to open tickets for audio quality or other external issues and track them.
Cisco WebEx Meetings is deployed company wide and is the primary mode of group meetings and screen sharing used by the company across the globe. It is used by all employees for daily meetings as well as utilizing event center for larger all employee type meetings. The conference rooms are equiped with video conference gear allowing for calling into WebEx rooms enabling video.

We have looked at various other video solutions and meeting solutions and have always found Webex to be the best option with highest level of service and integration across applications. Versus other products, the refinement of the Webex application makes it the strongest in the category in terms of use and flexibility to handle various types of meetings.
