Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

I work in a Cisco Partner and all our customers, more than 60 in Argentina, use Cisco Webex as a communication tool, first to connect with us or with Cisco to solve any problem in their infrastructure, other uses case is internal communication, meetings, video conferencing, taking control of computer without needing to be in the same network.

Microsoft Teams is a tool very similar to Cisco Webex Meetings with a powerful videoconferencing and share screen, it comes with Office and you could integrate it with planner and other tools so you can use it every day, you could take control from another PC, take notes and a lot of things. I really prefer Webex Meetings because I use it every day.
I am really impressed with the availability of Cisco Webex Meeting, we only experienced problems when the quarantine started - just one week the server was slow but after that the connection always is available without lag. I have been with more than +150 connections in just one Webex and works perfectly.
I put a 10 on Cisco Webex Meetings because our customer in all their departments uses it. HR, IT, Finances and other, even between them. When HR has a problem with their PCs they use Webex Meetings with the IT guys to solve it and if they need support from a vendor they can use it.
The page loads very fast, the only problem that I see is when the meeting link is in a presentation of PowerPoint, the link loads slow. You can integrate Webex Meetings for Office 365 and extensions of Google that help you to schedule meeting. If you use it with Word, Excel and Outlook work really well.
Cisco Webex Meetings is perfect for Video Conference where people are remote and they need share screen, presentations even take control of the computers, the quality of audio and video is acceptable and you can link it too with Webex teams. On the other hand, you can use it to troubleshoot problems in any circumstances from network to program it, DB and whatever is the problem.
