Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
We use Cisco Webex Meetings for 1:1 Coaching Calls and Account Planning Sessions with Breakout Rooms.
- Stable
- Very few technical issues
- I don't like the new Cohosts role. They have too many privileges. We have visiting RMs that want to move from breakout to breakout so I wish they would add a "Panelist" role back that gives them ONLY that privilege.
- Most of our Cisco folks use DX80s and they are not supported in the new Webex Meetings Breakout rooms.
- Webex Meetings with Breakout Rooms is MUCH better than Training Center with Breakout Rooms -- fewer glitches.
We still use Cisco Webex Teams but not for scheduling meetings. Microsoft Outlook is still more dependable. They have also enhanced Teams a lot and it's a lot to learn.
