This product allows for our employees to communicate in a secure manner. The ability to capture online recordings and share them with non-participants has increased our ability to extend our knowledge sharing platform.

Cisco support is rarely called but they are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Meantime to resolution performs with top marks. Issues are responded quickly and effectively. The support personnel have demonstrated patience and calmness when others have been on edge. When issues are raised, the Support team response times have always exceeded our expectations.

The company has nearly 100,000 employees globally and spans are market segments. Each sector utilizes this technology to communicate within our company, vendors, alliances and our customers. Cisco Webex provides hands down consistency, ease of use and flexibility to meet our and our customers' collaboration and screen sharing requirements. Video recordings and sharing of these capture recordings have been instrumental in our knowledge sharing program. Training and troubleshooting activities have improved significantly since we instrumented this software.

The benefit of these features are definitely noticed during each of the video conference meetings. You rarely hear unwanted background noises due to wind or other environmental factors. Recordings are always crystal clear and are easily distributed amongst the employees, customers and vendors. We often hear how easy it is to configure the software to meet personal needs.
Cisco Unified Call Manager portfolio of products have been added to our Unified Communication Platform. Integration between these products have been seamless and low risk.
Cisco Webex has taken the worry out of security and interoperability. The software has exceeded our security requirements and have positioned our company to effectively and securely communicate with Civilian, Defense and Intelligence communities. The ease and confidence of the secure point and click meeting creation, recording and distribution has exceeded expectations.
Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors
Yes - We replaced Skype for Business. The requirement for a secure, reliable and scalable solution was paramount in our decision making process. Many of the competitors in this space were unable to meet the regulatory requirements surround security and privacy.
