Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

This is our standard meeting platform for customer meetings, demonstrations, and collaboration. We have enjoyed the reliability and efficiency Cisco Webex provides. This product allows for our employees to communicate in a secure manner. The ability to capture online recordings and share them with non-participants has increased our ability to extend our knowledge sharing platform.

Cisco support is rarely called but they are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Meantime to resolution performs with top marks. Issues are responded quickly and effectively. The support personnel have demonstrated patience and calmness when others have been on edge. When issues are raised, the Support team response times have always exceeded our expectations.
Supported in all aspects of the company. Webex meetings are conducted in all aspects of the company's day to day operation. The company has nearly 100,000 employees globally and spans are market segments. Each sector utilizes this technology to communicate within our company, vendors, alliances and our customers. The adoption has been universal based on the success and reliability.

Integrations varied per customer requirements. Baseline integrations consisted of incident and collaboration activities and remediations. Dynamic meeting generation based on participant escalations.
Cisco Webex provides hands down consistency, ease of use and flexibility to meet our and our customers' collaboration and screen sharing requirements. Video recordings and sharing of these capture recordings have been instrumental in our knowledge sharing program. Training and troubleshooting activities have improved significantly since we instrumented this software.
Support for this product has always been magnificent. The help section and online content via their website and or YouTube have been major contributors to the support of this product. The support personnel have always been courteous, engaging, understanding and knowledgeable. The support beyond this product in terms of integrations with other products and solutions have also contributed to their score.

The rating provided has been determined based on several factors. The factors are as follows.
  1. Ease of use when recording troubleshooting activities with vendors
  2. Training sessions and the distribution of training sessions for non-participants
  3. Reliability and scalability of the solution at a moments notice
  4. Quality of audio and video services for participants over LAN and WIFI.
This rating is a result of the consistent demonstration of Cisco‘s Webex reliable and scalable architecture. Throughout our organizations vertical segments and theIr programs, projects and customer interactions, Cisco Webex has met the challenge of remote users and diversified environments. The key to our success has been our ability to leverage this product to communicate and share our knowledge with our staff and our customers.
Cisco Weber’s integration with other products have been nothing short of amazing. We have not experience any performance and or integration issues with our existing software portfolio nor have we seen any with other customers software portfolios. All aspects of video rendering, application drill downs and cross application interactions are performed without issues.
The ease of use and intuitiveness is what drives the adoption and following of this product. Users are willing to use this product due to the simplicity in setting up as NOC and schedule meetings. No specialized training is required. Another key feature is the availability of the product in other organizations which helps also in utilizing of the product.
Perfectly suited for live demonstrations. Recording of sessions and playback are top-notch. Ease of use is and was paramount to the adoption of this product with end-users and administrators alike. Recording troubleshooting sessions with vendors and customers have improved the mean time to resolution. The time savings have been measurable and have increased customer satisfaction.

Cisco Webex Experience

The benefit of these features are definitely noticed during each of the video conference meetings. You rarely hear unwanted background noises due to wind or other environmental factors. Recordings are always crystal clear and are easily distributed amongst the employees, customers and vendors. We often hear how easy it is to configure the software to meet personal needs.
Cisco Unified Call Manager portfolio of products have been added to our Unified Communication Platform. Integration between these products have been seamless and low risk.
Cisco Webex has taken the worry out of security and interoperability. The software has exceeded our security requirements and have positioned our company to effectively and securely communicate with Civilian, Defense and Intelligence communities. The ease and confidence of the secure point and click meeting creation, recording and distribution has exceeded expectations.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Yes - We replaced Skype for Business. The requirement for a secure, reliable and scalable solution was paramount in our decision making process. Many of the competitors in this space were unable to meet the regulatory requirements surround security and privacy.

Price, security and usability were key decision criteria for purchasing Cisco Webex. It’s ability to scale seamlessly was also a contributing factor.
We wouldn’t change the decision criteria process due to the extensive set of decision making criteria.
