Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Webex Meeting is widely used in our organisation as a meeting tool. Especially this tool became actual when the pandemic started. It really helped our colleagues to run their office from home.
  • Easy to use, no IT support staff needs to be involved.
  • Annotation and integration with Webex board.
  • Webex assistant - integrated AI Bot, takes notes and transcribes dialog.
  • It is better to have one unified tool across Webex portfolio.
  • Video quality needs improvement, the competitors offer the higher resolution video.
  • SIP dial out is not possible in Meeting.
  • Company saves money on international calls and business travels.
  • There is no need to maintain expensive space in meeting rooms, virtual meetings have the same outcome and effectiveness.
  • High ROI.
  • Zoom
User interface is more friendly, and the application works faster then Zoom. Also, Webex Meetings has a virtual assistant which is unique.

During pandemic Webex meetings has a number of blackouts, which was related to mass movement to work from home. But now the application is quite stable and works like a charm.
Our Webex subscription allows users to host up to 1000 participants which is great! It is quite calculable being a cloud solution. We also have different kind of Webex Meetings - Events, Support and Training, so the tool offers a wide range of use cases, so any user can find their niche.
Our IT department integrated the Webex Meeting tool with on premises services such as Local Dial-In numbers, call my personal PSTN number and more. The integration enriched the tool and it keeps providing the best experience to users.
Webex Meeting is well suited for large video conferencing events where participants can join from any device and from any where. This is well suited to the education sector and events management.

Webex Meeting is less appropriate to the working with content meetings, since it is not possible to store and work on the content after the meeting.
