Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex Meetings is our main collaboration tool. Every day we meet, call, share, and chat internally and with our clients. Cisco Webex Meetings saved us hundreds of travel hours, sped up project kickoffs and knowledge transfer. Even support desk troubleshooting is way better with Cisco Webex Meetings. Having used Webex about 10 years ago, I can now take advantage of the new features like breakout rooms, lobby, reduced background noise, etc.

Cisco Webex Meetings' support is great with 24/7 TAC engineers available to help you with any issue. Indeed, the support help is huge, and you can find an answer to any doubt you have regarding configuration, use, updated requirements, etc.

We use Cisco Webex Meetings daily, not only for regular meetings (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), but also to support our clients and meet with the Cisco TAC at any time. So Cisco Webex Meetings service is always available as you need it, the maintenance windows are minimal, and our meeting tool is secure 24/7, 365 days per year.
With Cisco Webex Meetings we can grow from five user accounts to thousands, with no disruptions or changes when you decide go further, and the service is the same, whether you have 1 or 10,000 accounts. You can count on a robust and mature infrastructure and trust that whether it's raining or snowing, you can always meet from the comfort of your home.
In our experience, the performance is better every day. The processes of booking a meeting, enrolling users, checking meeting quality--even reports--work well in any web browser (we choose Chrome). Integrating Cisco Webex Meetings with Outlook also works well. The plugin works smoothly with Office 365 to share content and book meetings directly from the Outlook menu or the @meet, which is a very useful add to the whole experience.
Cisco Webex Meetings is a perfect tool for education, wholesalers, retail companies, service providers, health care services, designs, music production, programmers, any kind of training, included physical (yoga, functional, Zumba, etc.). With the new streaming on YouTube or Facebook function, you're able to connect with much more people in real time.
