Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex Meetings is used by everyone in the company at any time and for any type of meeting.
It saves us time and makes it feel like you're right in front of our teammate or partner. It is integrated with our room system, which makes life even easier when you are at office!

We are using a lot of Microsoft Teams and Zoom, as our customers are using them as well. Zoom is a strong competitor but mainly on video conferencing and not from a collaboration point of view. Microsoft Teams is the most serious competitor but the fact that Microsoft and Cisco have a very long partnership history and integration capability makes the decision more experience-oriented. For our customers relying on Cisco Infra, with Cisco Telephony and Cisco Video Endpoint, the choice is quite straightforward. For customers using Microsoft Teams, relying on a world-class video conferencing solution such as Cisco is still an option with new VDI integration.

Webex Meeting is built on a reliable architecture and infrastructure built and managed by Cisco.
This solution allows fast onboarding, configuration and troubleshooting. Creation of a new organization and onboarding of hundreds of user can be completed within few hours. Same goes with new endpoint installation and configuration.
Cisco Meeting administration allow export of detailed report on Meetings details, Participants information and any issue. Users can export Call Recordings in high quality within few hours with accurate meeting transcription.
