Cisco Webex Meetings is being used across the organization as the unified communication and collaboration tool that connects teams from all locations through messaging, video conferencing and calling. Attendees are invited by just their email addresses and they can join through computer, phone or video system. We are currently experiencing enhanced and maximum collaboration throughout the organization.

Pros

  • Hosting and joining meetings from any location.
  • Recording meetings and saving them in the cloud for use in the future.
  • Integration with Microsoft Office Calendar to schedule and host meetings.

Cons

  • Phone support is not available for the free trial subscription.
  • Being able to send attachments to other team members during chat sessions.

We have not experienced any errors or issues when conducting meetings.
The system is deployed across the organization and it replaced the bulky phone software with a direct business phone number that is used on any device. It is the most flexible data, voice, and audio solution that is designed to fit the needs of businesses of all sizes and with the capability to hold multiple meetings.
Its broadcast-quality audio, teleconferencing system and conference calls allow users to meet without any interruptions. This software enables users to instantly switch from one meeting to another while the online meeting is on the fly.
