Use Cases and Deployment Scope

A Cisco Webex is being used in our company for more [than] a year. We [have] used [it] mostly to hold Team meetings or for conference calling between our Field technicians and VPO's, for any troubleshooting calls.
Webex is very stable and usually the quality of the connections and meetings are really really great, if compare to other competitor platforms.
It is very user-friendly which anyone can use without any assistance or help.

Pros and Cons

It provide[s] high quality audio and video sharing using advanced codecs.
We can share the screen with anyone.
We can share a document easily And, video share works well on the platform.
Chat and private messaging.

Screen control doesn't work sometimes.
There should be a sound when someone raises their hand.
App takes a lot of time to start.

Return on Investment

It reduced travel expenses.
Easy and quick to set-up online meeting and share its link.
Information security and confidentiality.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts Meet and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

Cisco WebEx meeting has a [number] of features loaded in it like, content shar[ing] via the meetings, Secure and encrypted meeting connections.
Meeting recorded on the cloud, so it can be downloaded anytime we need.
It can be access[ed] from browser, no need to install app.
It has a [number of] package features in one.

Reliability and Availability

It has a wider coverage and comprehensive functionality that makes communication easier and faster and it is always available.
I use Cisco Webex Meetings on a daily basis to meet with my colleagues virtually. It provides us with the ease and flexibility of connecting with each other no matter where we are, as long as we have some sort of Internet connection with us.

Scalability

It has scaled without any problems, anyone in the organization and departments can use Cisco Webex Meetings easily. It helps us to provide regular communication between our customers and us.

It is a very flexible and scalable software. In my organization all the employees are using the Cisco Webex Meetings with their own link of meeting[s] to connect with the team members. A really much needed product by CISCO.

Performance

Cisco Webex Meetings loads quickly but you should have faster internet connection with yourselves always for a quicker loading of webex.
I've never had any issues opening up the program because of my high speed internet connection is always with me.

Our organization haven't tried to integrate Cisco Webex with any other software, so I cannot be the one to answer the question. However, the application on phones and desktops is pretty much fast and gives no performance issues.

Likelihood to Recommend

[With] most of the people working from home, due to this COVID-19 pandemic, it is very well suited to home users who can connect with anyone virtually.
It is also well suited to organizations that don't have video conference rooms/facility.

It will be less appropriate when people are in the same building or in same room, it's better to meet inside a meeting room.
