Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams
We are using Webex (formerly Webex Teams) to communicate between the various teams within our department. We are also using it to conduct our meetings among a single team. Also, I am using it to communicate personally with colleagues in my organization. It is where I attend most of my meetings. It solves the issue of communication by helping us conduct a smooth meetings.
- Scheduling meetings is really very easy.
- I can view all the files, links, and blackboard contents shared among individuals or teams easily by just clicking on the content tab.
- I can separate messages by group (space) or individual. This allows me to focus on personal messages that are directed toward me and avoid unnecessary messages in the groups that might be irrelevant to me.
- I wish it had background images.
- I wish it had active noise cancellation features.
- I wish whiteboard had neon color selections.
- Save time by joining virtual meetings.
- Save energy and resources by not having to use real meeting rooms.
