Overall Satisfaction with Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
It is being used across the whole organization. My team is using it on a daily basis for communication purposes.
- Really like the easy to use/read interface.
- I like the feature that you can quote and forward messages
- Really like the feature that you can flag a message to follow up later.
- It's nice and easy to use, however, it doesn't have much integration with other apps compared to Microsoft Teams, for example.
- I enjoy using Webex Teams to communicate with my teammates. It's very easy to use.
Microsoft Teams definitely has more features than Webex Teams. It allows me to view the organizational chart, allows me to collaborate with my colleagues by adding Microsoft Whiteboard, Word, Excel, and many other applications.
