Overall Satisfaction with Class for Zoom

Whenever we have a guest speaker hold a virtual tech talk, we use the Class for Zoom feature. This allows the speaker to manage Questions in a more concise manner instead of a prompter reviewing the chat history and jotting down all questions. Also, the breakout room capabilities is super helpful to drive more engagement.

Pros

  • engagement tracking (e.g., raising hands)
  • breakout rooms

Cons

  • need to add some additional capabilities for breakout rooms (e.g., ability to reassign participants mid-session)
  • better integration between Google Workspace, Slack, or Teams
  • Less users will get sidetracked and work on other tasks if there's polling and breakout rooms
  • Class for Zoom makes virtual meetings/conferences more interactive so users are more engaged leading to a higher ROI
Simple UI and easy to understand.
Class for Zoom has more features that we are looking for however, Microsoft and Google has deeper integrations to their native tools (e.g., Microsoft Word/Google Doc, etc.)
