Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ClearCompany for recruiting in our HR Department. We can post job requisitions for multiple campuses, screen and communicate with candidates . For onboarding, it communicates with our other software to transfer the candidates we want to move forward with. We also can conduct background checks on all hires. Adding and removing hiring managers is very easy!

This software is very user friendly, not a lot of training is needed before you get the hang of it. It is also easy to setup and configure. The hiring managers also have reported that is is easy to navigate and screen candidates. You can also customize permissions to different users.

Our busiest season is usually from February until early August, that is our "hiring season" for all our campuses. It is very important to screen and communicate with candidates so we can be staffed for the new school year. It is very easy to navigate between all campuses and their own job requisitions.
