Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

I use Cloudflare to host and secure more than 14 domains and much more subdomains. It's a wonderful solution to have, except for the recent global outage that took Cloudflare down for a couple of hours, I haven't addressed any problem with the product. And yes, I initially struggled with the navigation of the new UI.

  • I would suggest to provide much more improved learning portals.
  • You can try to provide some info panel inside the app so that we don't run to docs externally every time.
  • The 2fa can be changed to mfa.

  • Hosting made simple
  • Robust rate limiting rules
It was done in mins to hours I guess. As I mentioned earlier, I switched from the free tier to the enterprise plan. Hence the adoption rate was really good. Indeed I don't even remember the onboarding stuff, that's a wonderful fact, right? If something is working with no problems you don't need to remember something.
I don't remember reaching out to support. Not exaggerating but it's true really. Even during the internet outage in India around July I just went through the status page for updates.

If you're a beginner who needs to have your hands on a hosting service, please go for Cloudflare. Next, you need to scale your hosting at flex. Hands down go to Cloudflare. Excellent customer support in most cases you won't even need them as the service is up and running exceptionally you may reach them for some business queries. Not spamming your inbox with promotion emails!!
