Cloudflare support has super fast response time when we have incidents like DDoS and BOT attacks. The support team can quickly identify patterns and suggest mitigations for such problems so we continue to rely on their expertise and experience in internet traffic. Since loading time is money on the internet, all investment in improving our website and services performance with Cloudflare has paid off, and the fast support makes any kind of technical problems be solved with minimum impact.

Cloudflare support is one of the best support I've had. They respond to the ticket as quickly as they can, and even we are a free user. They still serve us as their customer and it's great! When our sysadmin has a vacation and there's just another IT guy in our company, their support will gladly help our problem, even though it already has its own documentation.

I can recall only a couple of instances when we needed to contact Cloudflare support for anything, and those were more to confirm settings we already had in place instead of addressing any sort of issue, etc. [Whenever] we have ever reached out to support, they have always been quick and courteous in responding to us.

Cloudflare support is great if you have an Enterprise plan, it kind of goes down from there. I have created tickets in the past and had them answered in just short of 15 minutes and long as 1 day. Once you get in touch with someone in support it goes through a level-1, level-2, etc support hierarchy. I am mostly positive about my past experiences with support.

The support of this platform is quick and reliable. Moreover, our sites are now fully protected, and we are providing the best experience to our users, thanks to Cloudflare. Our applications' availability, performance, speed, efficiency, and security have all increased. It's now much easier for us to improve the security and effectiveness of our websites, whether they're more static corporate sites, eCommerce sites, or web applications in particular.

I have not needed to reach out to Cloudflare support, so could not give a viable rating on their overall support. They do have a number of support options and documentation available online which should help most people.

The paid support is really good. The free community support in the forums is good as well. We had no problems whatsoever keeping in touch with the support, but the times we did need it, it was solved in a couple of iterations. Definitely recommended.

In general, you should not have problems with any of the services it offers, but its support is efficient according to the contracted plan you have. They guide you through the process, give you the necessary references to solve problems, and also address any other concerns, or even offer recommendations that allow you to implement improvements.

Cloudflare support understands how crucial it is that websites are up and running constantly. Lost uptime is lost money. They have amazing support for non-critical issues and even an "attack" support if your website is under attack. We had to use this when we were attacked by Eastern European countries. We were able to shut down the attack and resume business thanks to their help.

I (fortunately) have not encountered an issue I deemed severe enough to require me to submit a ticket to support. Most of the time, the problems I have encountered were fixable by simply waiting (as is usual with DNS services); or Googling and perusing their perfectly serviceable documentation and browsing support forums.

We haven't had to use their support but on the rare occasion there has been an issue affecting their services, we have actively monitored the status. Traffic is usually very quickly re-routed and resolutions are put in place in very fast times.

We were lucky that we contacted support very few times, most of them for asking questions and not to report problems. But, anyway, we found very prepared engineers, and the responses were quick and precise. They helped us to solve any kind of issue and the communication was smooth and propositive.
