Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare as load balancer and server proxy, Cloudflare has uptime detection and routes traffic to the severs in our pool that have good health. We also use Cloudflare for resource monitoring and traffic analysis.

Setup takes no longer than 1 day for the first time including testing against a test environment, which would be much faster for those with previous experience with Cloudflare.
I'm not sure, we have never used their customer support.

The load balancer allows us to split our traffic across multiple servers, if a server goes down our customer are routed to a different server, which has helped up provide a near 100% uptime, which is critical to our service.
