Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

I am using a business plan in Cloudflare for the last 1 year. I don't have an Idea about some of the features. The webinar will use to update my knowledge about Cloudflare so I can fulfill my requirements.

  • good to for DDoS attack
  • it's make the website is faster
  • Cache management will be there
  • Domain Control and DNS Management
  • Chat and Mail Support need to be improve
  • Some time it will block genuine traffic also
  • its save IT risk
  • Cloudflare reduce the investment for Security
We Previously used Akamai for Website Security, and the price wise very high we are a startup company for Online business, we can't send that. we tried a similar product for Web security then finally we got the Cloudflare.
we are using site Security. DNS management is very simple and easy to access.
I have contacted the support team twice in the year. For us only available chat and Mail. we are unable to faster the Support team, But we got the solution for our issue within 12Hrs
