Overall Satisfaction with CloudTalk

I think it’s a very easy to use software which makes calling as a sales guy easier, allowing for more volume.

It’s seamless integration with Pipe drive CRM is also great.

I think everyone uses it and the new text function is also great to use. Calling volume is the business problem it addresses

  • Don’t like that you have to change the default country can’t it be left where it is
  • no need to spend extra money on employee's phone bills

When I’m calling the connection isn’t the best at times so sometimes it can be a low quality connection since I speak with people in remote areas of the Nordics
