Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures

We use CodeTwo email signature for our Office 365 email signatures in different countries, organizational units, and departments. We've many different signature types with our own logos, banners, and social media links that had to be used in special use cases. It worked very fine for us and the software is easy to set up and handle.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), baramundi Management Suite
We're using it as our standard signature for most of our users. Some of our users need special signatures for special positions and they can activate the signature by e.g. typing keywords in the subject line - or by addressing special recipients. It works just well! You can also let the signature be chosen by variables like country or city - just great and easy to set up.
