Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use CodeTwo to have a consistent brand across all of our employees. With multiple locations across many states it is impossible to have an IT person at every location. By being able to manage 365 Admin data and then being able to manage signatures remotely, we are able to maintain a consistent brand across the entire company while being specific and custom where needed.

Alternatives Considered

I don't remember the other services we talked to but there were three of them. CodeTwo was the cheapest but did lack some of the bells and whistles the other providers used. Also with their support being offshore we almost picked someone else, but in the end they had just enough features at the right price for us to go with CodeTwo.

If you are looking for an email signature management tool that allows for easy management, straightforward designs, and simple interface then CodeTwo will help you. The analytics and what is reported is lacking but we use UTM tags on all links within the emails as a way to work around this.
