We use the software in order to manage our signatures in one place. Whether it is for a user or a shared mailbox, you can centrally manage all of them and any changes are applied instantly. Especially for new employees you add in Microsoft 365 the signatures are automatically configured so you don´t have any kind of additional effort.
That it appends signatures to mails sent from Apple Mail, Gmail and so on is a very nice feature that you could not manage otherwise.

- They offer a simple-to-manage-solution that´s really intuitive to use and set up
- They provide very good templates for signatures
- They have the greatest support I have ever dealt with
- There´s no Add-In for adding signatures on Outlook for Android or iOS
- It reduced the costs for individual signature maintenance drastically
- It shortened the process of onboarding new users by half an hour
- It amortized within 3 months
Formerly all signatures were managed with a custom script that gets a users details from a database that we had to edit manually every time something changed.
