Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Moving from an on-premise Exchange platform to Office 365 and cloud-based email necessitated a new solution for providing signatures on out-going company email. Signed up for the trial of this product and within minutes had signatures set up for select users. The simplicity as well as the versatility of this product was a refreshing experience given that most software "solutions" tend to be quite the opposite. I was very pleased with the layout, form and function of this product and it works exactly as advertised. It is very rare indeed to have this type of experience in the world of software.

Ability to flag users to either include or exclude based on a variety of parameters.
Simplicity of implementing the rules created for signatures.
Ease of use for the signature design.

Anywhere / for anyone within your organization that you, as an Administrator, have a need for an attached, customized signature - this is the product to use. The ease of use and range of options / parameters was quite remarkable. I was not expecting this when I first decided to review a trial version of the product. Within minutes I had a solution in place.
