Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365
We use CodeTwo Email Signature software for office 365 across our whole organization to standardize email signatures with the same colors, fonts and images. CodeTwo was easy to set up and deploy and makes it easy to manage user signatures across all platforms (Windows, mobile, tablets, etc.). Having CodeTwo email signature software for office 365 saves a lot of time and effort when needing to make changes to users info due promotions, name changes as well as company branding. The support that comes with software is outstanding. I would recommend this software to everyone.

Cons
- wish there was a way to have multiple cloud signatures for a user or group without having to use the desktop client
- Has saved a lot of time and effort for our IT dept. in managing user signatures due to promotions and name changes. With most users being remote, to have to manage local signatures on computers would be a nightmare.
In looking for an automated email signature software for office 365, we looked at several offerings, but in the end we chose CodeTwo due to its ease of setup and implementation along with the cost. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend CodeTwo to everyone.
