Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

We migrated our on-premise Exchange environment to MS Office365; we were already familiar with CodeTwo solutions for our former on-prem environment, so we deployed it as a central signature solution management for our cloud too. CodeTwo makes it easy to build corporate branding within email signatures. It enables us to deploy campaigns, banners, and custom-tailored signatures for executives and top management in seconds.
  • Centralized email signature management
  • Signature customization (groups/campaigns/individuals)
  • Easy to set up
  • Dark mode editor
  • Localization
  • Support for AAD groups
  • Potential positive impact on signature banner marketing campaign
  • Relatively low cost of maintenance
  • Less time to set up campaigns
CodeTwo setup has been requested directly from our customers out of a brainstorming where managers evaluated other products' pros/cons. My advice was to stick to the very same solution the company had on-premise already, as they were already familiar with it and it would have taken less time and effort to set it up.

CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office365 is very well suited for all sizes of companies that aim to provide to all employees a clean and neat email signature with low technical effort and a great graphical outcome. The editor is really easy and smooth to work with. The full cloud scenario works great as it automatically sets the user’s email signature for each account. Zero stress on the user side. I wouldn’t recommend it though for freelances as it could turn out to be an unnecessary “complication”
