Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

We resell the CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365. We also manage CodeTwo for our clients if needed. The problem it addresses is for the people in charge to be able to make small changes or holiday themed signatures globally without having to make changes to every single users signature.
  • Manage signatures on a company wide scale
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to learn
  • Customer support is done very well
  • Where to find the button to manage the signatures in the web interface
  • The design interface could use some work or more detailed functions
  • Instead of the IT company managing each computer and spending hours to manage the signatures. The CEO of the company manages everything by himself with no extra cost by using the IT company.
  • Time and money saved by centralizing everything with CodeTwo
  • Promotions are being shown in certain signatures which adds revenue indirectly
The CodeTwo installation was very straight forward and easy to handle. Designing the signature was also quite easy. Managing which users have access to which signature was very simple. In general everything was easy to find and not a struggle. I did not need to do any research on where to find any options or settings that were needed for what the client wanted.

CodeTwo is very well suited for companies that would like to manage the signatures of their employees in general, but also for specific events or holidays. I wouldn't recommend CodeTwo to companies that use other operating systems like Ubuntu or MacOS. There doesn't seem to be a client yet for either. Otherwise, for larger companies where editing the signature is of importance and needs to be done fast and simple, I would recommend CodeTwo.
