Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

As part of our migration from on-prem Exchange, we recently implemented CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 for our entire head office using Office 365. The level of support is fantastic, from being walked through the initial setup process to providing a consistent point of contact in their support team to assist me each time I contacted them. The product is very easy to set up and can even easily import the code from previous systems. We were using Exclaimer with our on-prem Exchange and while it was OK, it isn't anywhere near as good as CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is.

Pros

  • Speed to deploy is fast
  • The level of support provided is excellent
  • Has the ability for users to preview signatures in Outlook and web
  • Cloud access for editing

Cons

  • When two admins are dual-editing in the web version, there could be a pop-up to alert that one may overwrite the others changes, if not yet saved.
  • It would be great if CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 has the same pricing model of Office 365, where shared mailboxes and resource accounts are not charged for.

After using Exclaimer in an on-prem environment, we tried CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 and were glad we did. It delivers on everything it promises. The ability to manage the signatures via a cloud portal means edits can be made quickly from anywhere you have internet access. My only regret is we weren't using the CodeTwo signature manager for our on-prem Exchange environment over the last 10 years!

CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 makes deploying separate signatures for internal vs external emails easy. Smooth management of multiple departments that require different signatures is a breeze. Easy configuring of signatures from scratch or from copying the HTML code of past auto-generating email solutions. Exclusions and inclusions of addresses or groups or domains is very manageable.
