Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As we support multiple clients it makes managing the various signatures of those clients easier. Typically we will set up one signature per organization however in some cases we will have unique signatures set up for different mailboxes. Making changes to an individual's signature is less of a choir too due to it being a simple change in O365 to their details.

Pulling in whatever data you need from individuals from O365 into a signature
Simple, easy to manage templates for creating an email signature
Logical user interface for easy navigation and management

A drag and drop design system would make creating highly customized, image-heavy signatures are easier.

CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is well
suited for us especially as we can manage multiple different tenants email
signatures from one cloud-based location, and whenever an individual in one of our client's companies (or ourselves) changes, name, contact details, etc CodeTwo will update their signature appropriately with the data we've amended in Office 365.
