Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

We have several subsidiaries in use and each subsidiary had its own signature in use. We wanted to unify everything and looked at various solutions. CodeTwo was by far the best solution for us and could be perfectly and very easily integrated into our Microsoft 365 tenant. Also, the creation of a signature is very simple and intuitive. You can also customize the signature via the HTML editor. However, the integration of shared mailboxes is somewhat unfortunate, since a license is consumed for each shared mailbox, or the shared mailbox must be added to the user by means of a password. Since we have about 2-300 shared mailboxes, we came up with another solution for this. We do this by means of Outlook's own function of the Quick Building Block. But now that we have CodeTwo Email Signature for Office 365 in place, all the individual signatures are passé and we have unified everything. Also, the time saved by the employees who no longer have to maintain signatures is a great value for the annual license of CodeTwo. The signatures are managed by our marketing department. We can also control customized signatures for the Christmas season or for events, which only run for a certain time. The whole company is a big fan of CodeTwo so far and I think we can't live without CodeTwo anymore. :)

  • We can focus on the important and do not have to deal with the trivial signature in Outlook.
  • Through the central administration, we save a lot of time seen on each individual worker.
CodeTwo is cheaper per user and has the same features as Exclaimer. Exclaimer's editor was a little nicer, but CodeTwo's has more features. Integration into our tenant was just as fast and good with Exclaimer as it was with CodeTwo. In the end, price is what brought us to CodeTwo.

The installation in an existing tenant is mega easy and is theoretically done in 10-15min. The creation of signatures works with Wysiwyg Editor, but there is also an HTML Editor for more special cases.
