Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365
Excellent solution! We historically had an issue with staff deciding on their own signature layouts, fonts, and content. Thanks to CodeTwo we now have a unified outgoing company email with department-based signatures.
- Keeps our business communications looking unified.
- Allows us full control of who is assigned which signature and what information is displayed.
- Response times are great, adding signature does not add any real email delay.
- The multi-tenant side could maybe be a little more intuitive, but it's fine once you get used to it.
- The only negative was the initial push back from staff not wanting to lose their fancy cursive fonts.
- Our MRR has increased by reselling CodeTwo.
To be honest, the two are much the same, and we would have been happy with either solution. I have not tried the support from Exclaimer, and while we have not had a single technical issue with CodeTwo, there was an issue with billing alerts and admin accounts, which was our own doing, and the support received to rectify this was brilliant.
