We are currently implementing Concur globally. We did a pilot-run of our Nordic countries and finished with Korea and Japan.
Concur solve the business problem of non-efficient expense processes, not transparent expense reporting, as well as solves internal compliance issues.

- Very easy to use for employees.
- For approvals, it is very clear on what is in concluded on the trip.
- For our off-shoring center, it is also easier to handle and control the expense reports.
- When we started implementation, the core team was not provided with sufficient training and not much advice on how we should implement it.
- I do not have many negative comments on the solution provided by Concur.
- Positive: compliance, efficiencies, and better user interface.
SAP TEM was used for many years in my company, but only for 2 or 3 countries. It was not rolled out further after the pilot countries many years ago.
Comparing with SAP TEM, Concur is much easier to use, and it saves a lot of manual work because of the automation and lean processes provided by the solution.
