Overall Satisfaction with Concur Expense

Concur is currently use to track and approve expenses in all departments of our company. As we are a multinational company with offices and stores around the world, we are continuously raising travel expenses.
  • The mobile app is great.
  • Good expense categorization.
  • Allows for taking a picture of the receipt for its approval.
  • Multipage scanning.
  • Not possible to add recurrent travel expenses.
  • It has improved the expense approval process.
  • It reduces the time the employee spends on listing the expenses done.
We didn't check any other tool to manage the expenses. As our company uses SAP, it was the natural option to choose due to its seamless integration with the company ERP.
I'm not in charge of managing the tool but as far as I know, as a user, there are no complaints from the IT team with Concur support team each they have needed their help. As per their conversations, they've been helpful and provided a solution on time.

As we are a multinational company with over 400 stores in multiple countries, we are continuously taking receipts for all the business travels that we have to do. Concur simplifies the process of detailing the expenses done, their categories, the cost centers and finally the approval process. It is also very helpful to take a picture of the receipt instead of keeping it and attach it to the expense sheet.
