Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

My company uses Concur to organize and categorize expenses for our large non-profit. Nearly every full-time employee receives a company credit card and Concur account which they use to clear expenses to our various accounts. I cannot imagine operating without Concur! Anyone can make a purchase for anything, and charge the expense to any company account.

  • Simple to navigate the platform with a little training.
  • Can be hard to navigate with little-to-no training.
  • Mobile app crashes at times.
  • Save time on a weekly basis organizing expense logs.
  • Allows for each employee to organize their own expenses and reports.
I have not tried any other expense products similar to Concur -- no need to do so when Concur works so well!
We are able to link Concur with a company called, so an employee's receipt from their charge on the site gets automatically imported into their Concur account. We can also connect our Concur accounts to the TripIt system for maximum ease.
Concur has allowed my company to spend less time in front of a screen organizing expenses and more time sitting face-to-face with our clients and consumers, which means that many of our employees (who don't like to sit in front of a screen!) are happier and more productive.
Employees are able to easily track and organize their own business expenses and submit them when ready, allowing for maximum control through the process.
Excellent for situations where one employee is purchasing and clearing a high number of expenses to separate ledger accounts or creating their own out-of-pocket expenses for personal reimbursements. Easy to organize expenses and mass edit details like general ledger accounts, descriptions, etc. Uploading receipts is time-intensive and has to be done one by one within each expense record.
