Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
It is used across the organization primarily for expense reporting and mileage reimbursement. This helps our organization in addressing the needs of all staff - from those who have to travel as soon as they are hired for training to our providers who have to apply for various licensures and certifications. Concur makes for an easy process to get our staff reimbursed.

Concur helps us keep up with the reimbursement needs of our employees. My favorite feature is the mileage calculator, which allows you to enter destinations for reimbursement which will then carry over to your expense report. It allows for roundtrips and removing commute to the home office.
Concur has benefitted our employees by allowing for a much smoother overall reporting process. For all staff, they are able to easily report mileage or any other expenses they have paid for out of pocket. It also links up with any users' corporate credit cards to allow for easy auditing of expenses.
