Solid SEO Platform with a Wide Variety of Tools.

The onboarding process was incredibly valuable and well-handled by the Conductor. Customer success has been a little hit-or-miss given some change-up in representatives and sometimes a seeming lack of internal communication on the Conductor's side. But overall, we've been very happy with their Support. The chat feature within the platform is incredibly useful for quick resolution of issues as well.

Conductor is well suited for many organizations of various shapes and sizes. It is relatively easy to use, with lots of training available. While I find it to be extremely useful all around, I still believe those with less experience in SEO will still be able to glean good insights from this tool. A support team is available to assist in putting together reports and planning for certain strategies, but there isn't too much hand-holding available there. However, certain subscriptions offer Marketplace Requests, which can be useful when you need help with specific tasks but are running short on time.
