Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Conductor is primarily used for our marketing department in order to organize and identify content and web development strategies for 3 of our companies.

Pros

  • User friendly platform that comes with extensive training to ensure optimal production.
  • The insight stream allows me, as a manager, to view my team's progress and high level KPI's that are helpful when planning future campaigns, monitoring current content campaigns, and reassessing old content campaigns.
  • Dedicated account reps, customer support, and professional services have all been key factors in the growth of our company.

Cons

  • Needs more insight into social media
  • Insight stream should be more visual and display snapshots and data trends
  • Page 1 rankings have increased 1000% since we started working with Conductor.
  • Since this visibility increase, our inbound leads and over sales due to online inquires grew by 200% month after month.
Account reps are amazing, support is amazing, live chat is 100% spot on. Have yet to meet an employee at Conductor that was not helpful.
We evaluated these competitors when we began discussing renewal with Conductor just to see what else is out there. These companies are pathetic in every aspect of their organization compared to Conductor. The sales and on-boarding processes as well as their general knowledge of their own industry is mediocre at best.
Anyone with a decent sized growing business needs Conductor on their roster in order to succeed. In this day and age you will not be successful without an online presence. Even more so, you will not be successful without the data, analytics, and knowledge Conductor provides. Without this information your efforts will be misguided and your money poorly spent.

Using Conductor Searchlight

I find that there is no one size fits all answer to this because each member of our team uses Conductor in a different way for a different purpose. So some of our team may operate in just the insight stream and workspaces, while others may take advantage of the entire platform. Either way, there is a place for every team member with Conductor.
