Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Conductor is primarily being managed by the inbound marketing team. Our company uses the platform to track organic search performance for clients who our retain our services for strategic ongoing inbound marketing initiatives. We directly manage Conductor, but provide reporting and data exports to external departments i.e. paid media, social media, and content strategy teams.

Pros

  • Great technical support services
  • The platforms is very intuitive and provides a good user experience
  • Conductors affiliations and partners have helped
  • Conductors partnerships have helped us reduce third-party tools and promote internal collaboration between teams

Cons

  • The [platform] does have limitations from a back in management perspective. As in the ability to add or delete users and accounts, etc.
  • Onboarding process took longer than expected.
  • Increased visibility search engine results pages
  • Improved data mining and analytical insights
  • Increase collaboration between channels
On demand support services are best in class. Very knowledgable and fantastic to work with.
My organization switched from a top competitor of Conductor's to increase reporting efficiencies, internal operations needs and our company's goal of partnering with innovative and like-minded companies.
A 7 due to the platform's limitations mentioned previously when it comes to back in Dover site and onboarding process. Additionally, it might not be suitable based on the companies vertical.

Their analytics integrations combined with a customizable workspace have helped our organization to reduce manual data pulls and internal analytics requests.
