Overall Satisfaction with ConnectAndSell

The biggest issue that we were trying to address was streamlining our calling and connection process. We were struggling to get a sufficient connection rate on our cold calls to acquire new business. We use ConnectAndSell to not only streamline this process but also increase our call activity by 120%.

We have moved to Salesloft. Salesloft gave us greater visibility into performance metrics and integrated with more software which in turn helped streamline our business.

ConnectAndSell is incredibly helpful when it comes to getting people on the phone. In the world of sales, dials and connects are king and connect and sell works great to hit these two points. The ability to create lists is great, however, I would like to see more customizable options available for end-users to play around with.
