Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech)

  • Automation of mundane and repetitive tasks.
  • Management of our clients
  • It can be painfully slow.
  • It's quite complex and needs a lot of training.
I was using Autotask but felt ConnectWise was going to help me scale better.
If you are an MSP looking to scale and are willing to put in the time and effort it will take you a long way.
