Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech)

I use it daily in my technical support role. It is used across my organization.

Pros

  • Seamless integration with other ConnectWise products.
  • Works well and is feature rich.
  • Allows me to access servers at anytime for patching and maintenance.

Cons

  • Honestly, there is not much I would change.
  • As far as I am concerned; it is the best by far.
  • Might be a little expensive for small MSP's...But worth the investment.
  • It has been a positive ROI as we have been much more efficient since implementation.
  • Our clients seem happier that we can service them more effectively.
It is, by far, the best solution we have ever used. The others are not even close.
Prompt and precise resolutions to the few issues I have had.
