Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
My technicians and I use ConnectWise Control typically when we have no monitoring agent installed on the client's PC. We are an MSP, but we also do break-fix work for several clients. We use ConnectWise Control for billable remote work for those clients. It allows us to quickly connect to a client's PC, and assess any issues they're having and address them immediately, as opposed to dispatching a technician.
- Very quick from first click to remote session
- Great end-user experience
- Great for technicians both in the office, and on the road
- Feature set per price point could be a little better
- Single "One" license should have more than 1 session
- Cost is better than the competition
- Revenue generated by using the tool is far greater than the cost
ConnectWise Control is far superior just on price alone. Logmein Rescue's pricing is ridiculous in comparison. The ease of use from the end user is similar with both products. However, the technician side of the software is significantly better on the ConnectWise Control platform.
