Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

I use this for remote control for a web hosting business on occasion when email isn't as productive as needed. The product and ability to brand is great. Haven't had any hang-ups so far.

Pros

  • Multi-platform support

Cons

  • For my personal/business needs, I've not encountered a gap yet.
  • Positive in the sense that I can offer this as a channel for support if needed. But as I mentioned, I only use it < 10 times per year so this is more of a business cost/expense than a ROI.
It's been a few years but I shopped around for different options that met my business need and budget. This was the best at the time and I've been very happy with the results. I'm likely one of their outliers in the sense that I only use it for remote support and possibly only once every month or two.
